The REF33xx product is a low power, high accuracy, low dropout voltage reference family available in miniature SC70-3 and SOT23-3 packages. The small size and low power consumption (5μA maximum) make it ideal for the REF33xx products for a variety of portable and battery-powered applications.

REF33xx products can be operated at a supply voltage of 180mV at a rated output voltage higher than normal load conditions, along with REF3312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V abnormal. All models and indicate a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C
