The REF33xx product is a low-power, high-precision, low-dropout voltage reference for the home and is available in miniature SC70-3 and SOT23-3 packages. Its small size and low power consumption (5μA max) make it ideal for a wide range of applications that make the REF33xx product portable and battery-powered.

The operable REF33xx product has a supply voltage of 180mV above the rated output voltage under normal load conditions, with a minimum supply voltage anomaly of 1.8V as REF3312. All models and indicate a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
