The S-8261 series is a protection IC for lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries with built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, which is suitable for overcharge, over-discharge, and overcurrent protection of a single lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable battery pack.

• Over-discharge detection voltage 2.0 V ~ 3.0 V accuracy ± 50 mV
• Over-discharge hysteresis voltage 0.0 V ~ 0.7 V accuracy ± 50 mV
• Overcurrent1 detection voltage 0.05 V ~ 0.3 V accuracy ± 15 mV
