SH367003 Protection IC for 3/4 Lithium Batteries in Series Directly Replaces S8254A SH367003 is a protection IC for 3/4 lithium batteries in series. It provides high-precision overcharge voltage protection, over-discharge voltage protection and discharge overcurrent protection. SH367003 integrates an adjustable overcharge protection delay circuit, an over-discharge protection delay circuit and a discharge overcurrent 1 delay circuit.
