The SN65HVS882 is an eight-channel digital input for high-channel density digital input serializer module inindustrial automation. The high-voltage signal interface between the combined device with the current isolator for the low-voltage signals at the field and controller ends is completed. The input signal current limit is then verified by an internal debounce filter.

In addition, with some external components, the input switching characteristics can be switched according to the set IEC61131-2 type one, two, three sensors.
