10-bit FET bus switch with level shifting

The 'CBTD3384 device offers a high-speed TTL-compatible bus switch with ten bits. Switches with low on-state resistance allow connections without increasing propagation delay. OneCC to V diodes integrated at the chip level allow the output to be transferred from 5-V input to 3.3-V.

These devices are organized into two 5-bit input switches with independent output enable (OE). When OE \Low, the switch is on, port A and port B are connected when OE\High, the switch is on, and the high impedance state exists between the two ports.
