10-position FET bus switch with level translation

In CBTD3384 device, the device offers a high-speed TTL-compatible bus switch of ten positions. Switches with low pass-state resistance allow connections without proposing increased propagation delays. A CC-to-V diode integrated at the chip level allows for the transfer of outputs 5-V input and 3.3-V input.

These devices are organized into two 5-position input switches with independent output enable (OE) inputs. When OE\Low, the switch is on, port A and port B are connected when OE\High, the switch is on, while the high impedance state, the presence between the two ports.
