The HC165 device is an 8-bit parallel loading shift register that outputs data to the serial (H-standard). Parallel in each stage of acquisition is directly entered data (Labor Department) / input, (Shanghai will enable a low level of transition/load). The HC165 device also features a clock suppression (isoniazid for CLK) function and a complementary sequence (ask-height) output.

The clock is input through a low to high jump clock (CLK) and CLK INH is kept low to high while the Shanghai/Labor Department is raised. The functions of isoniazid CLK and CLK are interchangeable. Since the low CLK and the isoniazid jump from low to high also completes the clock, the clock isoniazid should be changed only to high at the high CLK.
