These devices are pin-to-pin compatible with Exar's SP232A, SP233A, SP310A, and SP312A devices, as well as popular industry standard pins. Public service electronization tolerates improvements, these mannequin devices over +/-15kV. The series offers loads at 120kbps data rates, 0.1μF small ceramic type charge pump capacitors for Rokome applications and overall robustness. Features include Exar's BiCMOS process design, which allows for low-power operation without sacrificing performance. The products are available in lead-free packages with commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
