All models of this series of features feature a low-power CMOS structure and Ecoga's patented (5306954) on-board charge pump circuitry to generate +/-10V RS-232 levels, using a charge pump capacitance of 0.1μF, saving board space and reducing circuit costs. The SP206 and SP211 models feature a low-power shutdown mode that reduces drain lines to 1μA on the power line.
