These devices are pin-to-pin compatible with popular industry standard pins. The SP233A / SP310A / SP312A offers a load at a data rate of 120kbps, a small ceramic type charge pump capacitor of 0.1μF and overall ruggedness in commercial applications. Features include Exar's BiCMOS design for low-power operation, allowing for performance without sacrificing performance. These devices are available in plastic DIP and SOIC packages and operate over a wide range of commercial and industrial temperatures.
