STM8L101F3U6
Ultra-low-power 8-bit MCU with 8 KB of flash memory, 16 MHz CPU, up to 2 kilobytes of EEPROM
The STM8L101xx low-power home features provide enhanced STM8 CPU core processing power (up to 16 MIPS at 16 MHz) and the benefits of the CISC architecture, while maintaining improved code density, a 24-bit linear addressing space and an optimized architecture for low-power operation.
The family includes an integrated debug module that allows for non-invasive application debugging and ultra-fast flash programming with hardware interface (SWIM).
All STM8L101xx microcontrollers feature low-power, low-voltage, single-supply flash program memory. 8 KB of device embedding data EEPROM.
A common set of STM8L101xx low-power families based on the most advanced peripherals for a country. The modular design of the peripheral set allows the same peripherals to be found in different ST microcontroller families, including 32-bit families. This makes it easy for any different home to transition and simplifies the use of a common set of development tools and even more.
All STM8L low-power products are based on the same architecture, the same memory mapping, and coherent leaderboards.
