TAS5111A 70W mono digital amplifier power stage

The TAS5111A is a high-performance digital amplifier power stage designed to drive a 4-Speaker up to 70 W of 0.2% distortion plus noise. The device integrates TI's PurePath™ technology, a PWM processor (TAS50XX) for digitizing digital audio and demodulating a simple passive filter to provide high-quality, efficient digital audio amplification.

This digital amplifier can be more than 90% efficient, depending on the design of the system. Overcurrent protection, overheat protection, and undervoltage protection are built into TAS5111A, maintenance and protection against faulty equipment conditions that may damage the system speakers.
