The TAS5705 is a 20-watt, high-efficiency, digitally driven audio power amplifier for stereo bridged speakers. The two serial data inputs allow for processing of up to four discrete audio channels and seamless integration into most digital audio processors and MPEG decoders. The device accepts a wide range of input data and clock frequencies. A fully programmable data path allows these channels to be routed to the internal speaker driver or to the subwoofer or headphone output via line-level PWM output.

The TAS5705 was the only device for a slave to receive from an external clock. The TAS5705 operates at 384 kHz switching speeds of 32-, 48-, 96-, and 192 kHz data and 44.1-, 88.2 and 176.4 kHz switching frequencies of 352.8 kHz.
