 The TD3052 is a random phase TRIAC driver. Its circuit is made up of an LED gallium arsenide photo-coupled to a random phase triac chip. The TD3052 offers high input-to-output isolation and is designed to drive high-power triacs. Typical applications include controlling logic level interfaces for signals, controlling resistive and inductive loads on larger components or devices.
