 The TD3082 consists of LEDs opto-coupled to the infrared of a zero-volt phototriac chip. With a trigger current of 10mA MAX and blocking high voltages (800V min), the TD3082 is ideal for driving high voltages. Available in plastic or 6-pin dual inline with package through-hole or surface mount leadform, the TD3082 combines high input/output with compact form factor isolation (5kV min).
