The TD3082 consists of LED optographically coupled to the infrared of a zero-volt photo thyristor chip. With a trigger current of 10mA MAX and blocking high voltage (800V minutes), the TD3082 is a discrete triac ideal for driving high voltages. Available in plastic or 6-pin dual inline with through-hole or surface-mount leadform, the TD3082 combines high input and output with compact form factor isolation (5kV minutes).
