Product Introduction

The THS3001 is a high-speed current feedback operational amplifier, ideal for communications, imaging and high-quality video applications. The device offers a very fast 6500-V/μs slew rate, a 420 MHz bandwidth, and a resolution of 40 ns for large signals that require excellent transient response application times. In addition, THS3001 work with a very low -96 dBc distortion, making it ideal for applications such as wireless communication base stations or ultra-high-speed ADCs or DAC buffers.
