Der THS3061 (Single) und der THS3062 (Dual) sind Hochspannungsverstärker mit hoher Anstiegsrate und verwenden Strom-Feedback-Verstärker für BICOM-1-Prozesse von Texas Instruments. Der THS306x-Verstärker wurde mit einer hohen Anstiegsrate von 7000 V/μs bei geringer Verzerrung entwickelt und eignet sich ideal für Anwendungen, die große lineare Ausgangssignale erfordern, wie z. B. Videoleitungstreiber und VDSL-Leitungstreiber.

Die Modelle THS3061 und THS3062 bieten eine gute Regelung und einen guten Leistungsbereich für AC-Leistungsmerkmale von ± 5-V-Betrieb bis ± 15-V-Stromversorgung. Vor allem eine flache Bandbreite von 0,1 dB ist zu hoch, um über 100 MHz hinaus weitreichend zu sein, und der THS306x hat einen Frequenzgang von weniger als 0,3 in einer Spitzenverstärkungskonfiguration von Dezibel.
