Die THS3110 und THS3111 sind für den Einsatz in den heutigen Hochleistungsanwendungen als ± 5-V-Versorgungsspannungsbereich ± 15-V-Stromrückkopplungsverstärkern konzipiert.

Der THS3110 verfügt über einen Power-Down-Pin (PD), der es dem Verstärker ermöglicht, sich im Standby-Modus mit geringem Stromverbrauch zu befinden und den Ruhestrom von 4,8 mA auf 270 μA zu reduzieren.

These amplifiers offer well-regulated AC performance characteristics. Bei 100 MHz beträgt die Einheitsverstärkungsbandbreite weniger als 10 MHz, was gute Verzerrungseigenschaften ermöglicht. Mit einer hohen Anstiegsrate von 1300 V ist der THS3110 mit dem Verstärker THS3111 gekoppelt, um Spannungsschwankungen mit hoher Ausbeute und hoher Frequenz zu erreichen.

Die Modelle THS3110 und THS3111 sind in SOIC-8(D)- und MSOP-8(DGN)-Gehäusen mit PowerPAD erhältlich.
