Product Introduction

THS3110 with THS3111 low-noise, high-voltage, designed to work in today's high-performance applications with ± 5 V wide supply voltage range of ± 15 V current feedback amplifiers.

The THS3110 features a power-down pin (PD) that allows the amplifier to be amplified in low-power standby mode and reduces quiescent current from 4.8 mA to 270μA.

These amplifiers offer well-regulated AC performance characteristics. The unity gain bandwidth at 100 MHz is below 10 MHz, which allows good distortion characteristics. With a high 1300-V/&mirco;s slew rate, THS3110 coupled with THS3111 amplifiers enables high throughput and high-frequency voltage fluctuations.

THS3110 THS3111 is the availability of SOIC-8(D) and MSOP-8(DGN) with PowerPAD packages.
