Product introduction

The THS3112/5 is a low noise, high speed current feedback amplifier, ideal for any application requiring high output current. Noninverting current noise is 2.9 nylons lower/√Hzand inverting signal resolution low current noise 10.8pA/√HzIncrease the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal enhancement. The THS3112/5 can operate at ± 5 V to ± 15 V supply voltage while drawing supply currents as low as 4.5 per channel. It provides low -78-dBc total harmonic distortion driving to 100 2_VPeak- Load. The THS3115 features a low-power shutdown mode that consumes only 300μA of shutdown quiescent current per channel. The THS3112/5 package comes in standard SOIC and SOIC PowerPAD, and TSSOP will be PowerPAD™ package.
