Product Introduction

The THS3112/5 is a low-noise, high-speed current feedback amplifier that is ideal for any application that requires high output current. In-phase current noise as low as 2.9 Nlon/√Hz and resolution of inverting signal with low current noise of 10.8pA/√Hz to increase signal enhancement signal-to-noise ratio. The THS3112/5 can operate from ± 5 V to ± 15 V supply voltage while drawing as low as 4.5 per channel of supply current. It provides a low-78-dBc total harmonic distortion driving to 100 2 V peaks- Load. The THS3115 features a low-power shutdown mode that consumes only 300μA of quiescent current per channel for shutdown. The THS3112/5 package is available in standard SOIC and SOIC PowerPAD™, and TSSOP PowerPAD.
