The THS3120 and THS3121 are low noise, high voltage, high output current drivers designed to operate in today's high performance applications as ± current feedback amplifiers with a wide 5 V supply voltage range of ± 15 V.

By providing a power save mode provided by the THS3120, the device reduces pins 7 mA quiescent current when the device is inactive.

These amplifiers offer well-regulated AC performance characteristics. Most notably, a flat bandwidth of 0.1 dB is too high, over 90 MHz far-reaching. At 130 MHz, the unity-gain bandwidth of 10 MHz allows good distortion characteristics. With a high slew rate of 1700-V/μs, the THS3120 is coupled to the THS3121 amplifier for high yield, high frequency voltage fluctuations.
