Product Introduction

THS3120 with THS3121 low-noise, high-voltage, high-output current driven, designed to work in today's high-performance applications for ± 5 V wide supply voltage range ± 15 V current feedback amplifiers.

The supplied THS3120 provides a power saving mode that reduces the quiescent current of the device by pin 7 mA when the device is inactive.

These amplifiers offer well-regulated AC performance characteristics. Most notably, the flat bandwidth of 0.1 dB is too high, far exceeding 90 MHz. The unity gain bandwidth at 130 MHz is 10 MHz, allowing good distortion characteristics. High 1700-V/μs slew rate THS3120 coupled with THS3121 amplifier for high throughput and high frequency voltage fluctuations.
