Product Introduction

The THS3122/5 is a low-noise, high-speed current feedback amplifier with a high output current drive. This makes them ideal for any application that requires a wide range of frequencies and low distortion with heavy objects. The THS3122/5 can drive four serial terminated video lines while maintaining a differential gain error of less than 0.03%.

The high-output THS3122/5 drive capability enables the device to drive a wide range of output voltages with low distortion of 50Ω loads:

- 80-dBc total harmonic distortion at the 2 V peak
- 75 - dBc total harmonic distortion 8 V peaks

The THS3122/5 can operate from ± 5 V to ± 15 V supply voltage while plotting a supply current as low as 7.2 per channel. The THS3125 provides a low-power shutdown mode that reduces the supply current to just 370 microamps.
