Product introduction

The THS3201 is a wideband, high-speed current feedback amplifier designed to operate in today's high-performance applications± with a wide supply voltage range of ± 7.5 V.

The combination of wide voltage range, low distortion and high slew rate makes it ideal for arbitrary waveform ideal THS3201 driver applications. This distortion performance also enables driving with high resolution and high sampling rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).

Its high voltage operation capability makes the THS3201 suitable especially for low voltage equipment in many test, measurement and ATE applications that do not provide sufficient voltage swing capability. The output rise and fall times are almost independent of the step size (first-order approximation), making the THS3201 ideal for small buffering with superior linear large step pulses in high power systems.
