Product Introduction

The THS3201 is a wideband, high-speed current feedback amplifier designed to work in today's high-performance applications with a ± 3.3 V wide supply voltage range of ± 7.5 V.

The combination of a wide voltage range, low distortion, and high slew rate makes it ideal for drive applications THS3201 arbitrary waveforms. This distortion performance also enables driving ADCs with high resolution and high sample rates.

High-voltage operating capabilties make THS3201, especially in many test, measurement and ATE applications where the capabilty does not provide sufficient voltage swing capabilty in low-voltage devices. The output rise and fall times are nearly independent steps (first-order approximation), making small buffers ideal for superior linear step pulse THS3201 for high dynamics.
