Product Introduction

This THS3202 is a dual current feedback amplifier, developed by BiCOM-II technology. Designed for high conversion rates of 9000 V/μs and low distortion, it is ideal for applications sensitive to home THS320x drive loads and high-frequency distortion.

THS3202 offers excellent regulation and power performance features, operating from a single 6.6-V power supply up to 15 V power supply. High unit gain bandwidth up to
2 gigahertz is the main contributor, with excellent distortion performance. This THS3202 offers a driver with an output current of ± 115 mA and a low differential gain and phase error, making it suitable for applications such as video line drivers.

In this THS3202, SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and MSOP-8 can be used for PowerPAD packaging.
