The THS4021 and THS4022 are ultra-low voltagenoise, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers ideal for applications requiring low voltage noise, including communications and imaging. The single and dual amplifier THS4021 amplifier THS4022 offers very good AC performance with a bandwidth of 350 MHz, a slew rate of 470-V/μs, and a settling time of 40-ns (0.1%). THS4021 vs. THS4022 have a steady return of 10 (-9) or higher. These amplifiers have a drive capability of 100 mA and attract a high supply of only 7.8 mA per channel. For systems with total harmonic distortion -68 dBc (TMD) at f = 1 MHz, the THS4021 and THS4022 are ideal for applications requiring low distortion.
