Product Introduction

THS4021 THS4022 ultra-low voltagenoise, high-speed voltage feedback amplifier ideal for applications requiring low voltage noise, including communications and imaging. The single and dual amplifiers THS4021 amplifiers THS4022 provide very good 350 MHz bandwidth, 470-V/μs slew rate, and AC performance with a settling time of 40-ns (0.1%). THS4021 and THS4022 stable returns of 10 (-9) or higher. These amplifiers have a 100 mA drive capability and a power supply with a draw height of only 7.8 mA per channel. A system with a total harmonic distortion of -68 dBc (TMD) at f = 1 MHz is THS4021 and THS4022 ideal for applications requiring low distortion.
