Product Introduction

THS4031 THS4032 ultra-low voltage noise, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers are ideal for applications that require low voltage noise, including communications and imaging. The single and dual amplifiers THS4031 THS4032 provide very good AC performance (g = 2) with 100-MHz bandwidth, 100-V/μs slew rate, and 60 nanosecond settling time (0.1%). THS4031 THS4032 is the unit gain with 275 - MHz bandwidth stability. These amplifiers have a 90 milliamp drive capability and a high draw of only 8.5 mA of power supply per channel. With a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -90 dBc at f = 1 MHz and a very low noise of 1.6 ng/√ Hz, THS4031 and THS4032 are ideal for low-noise application requirements such as low distortion and buffered analog-to-digital converters.
