The THS4031 and THS4032 are ultra-low voltage noise, high speed voltage feedback amplifiers ideal for applications requiring low voltage noise, including communications and imaging. Single and Dual Amplifier THS4031 The THS4032 offers very good ac performance over 100 - MHz bandwidth (grams = 2), 100-V/μs slew rate, and 60 nanosecond settling time (0.1%). The THS4031 and THS4032 are unity-gain and 275-MHz bandwidth stable. The 90 mA drive capability of these amplifiers attracts as high as 8.5 mA of current per channel. Nevada with total harmonic distortion (THD) of -90 dBc at f = 1 MHz and very low noise of 1.6 Nevada/√HzThe THS4031 and THS4032 are ideal for low noise applications requiring low distortion and buffered analog-to-digital converters.
