Product introduction

The THS4061 and THS4062 are versatile, single/dual, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers ideal for a wide range of applications, including video, communications and imaging. These devices offer very good AC performance with a bandwidth of 180 MHz, a slew rate of 400-V/μs, and a settling time of 40 nanoseconds (0.1%). The THS4061/2 is stable, for both inverting and in-phase configurations, all gains. These amplifiers have a 15 mA high output drive capability and draw only 7.8 mA per channel of current supply. Excellent professional video effects can be achieved with a flat phase error of 75 MHz with low differential gain/0.02%/0.02°, and 0.1 dB wide. For applications requiring low distortion, the THS4061/2 is well suited for -72 dBc total harmonic distortion at f = 1 MHz.
