Product Introduction

THS4081 THS4082 ultra-low-power, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers ideal for communication and video applications. These amplifiers operate a very low quiescent current of 3.4 mA and have a high output of 85 mA drive capability per channel. The signal amplifier THS4081 and dual amplifiers THS4082 provide very good AC performance with a bandwidth of 175 MHz, a slew rate of 230-V/us, and a settling time of 43-ns (0.1%). Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of \x9664 dBc at f = 1 MHz is ideal for THS4081 and THS4082 applications where low distortion is required.
