Product Introduction

This THS4222 home is a set of rail-to-rail outputs, single, dual and triple low voltage, high output swing, low distortion high-speed amplifiers ideal for driving data converters, video switching, low distortion applications. This voltage feedback amplifier series operates from a 15-V supply to a single 3-V supply with a quiescent current of only 14 per channel. In addition, the series offers good AC performance at 5 MHz, 230 MHz bandwidth, 975-V/μs slew rate and harmonic distortion (THD) at -90 dBc.
