Product Introduction

THS4271 and THS4275's low-noise, high-slewage, unity-gain stable voltage feedback is designed to provide the same performance from a supply voltage as low as 5 V and a high amplifier THS4275 ± 5 V with THS4271 shutdown feature. The combination of low noise, high conversion rate, high bandwidth, low distortion, and unity gain stability enables multiple THS4271 to THS4275 high-performance devices with AC specifications.

Designers take advantage of THS4271 in a wider frequency band with a higher return and no stability issues with decompensated amplifiers. These devices are available in SOIC and MSOP with PowerPAD and PowerPAD™ in lead-free MSOP packages.
