The THS4271 is a low noise, high slew rate, unity gain stable voltage feedback amplifier designed from supply voltages up to 5 five, low noise, high slew rate, high bandwidth, low distortion and uniform low gain stability make the THS4271 high performance device in multiple AC specifications.

The designers took advantage of the THS4271 in a wider dynamic range band with a higher return without decompensated amplifier stability issues. These devices are available in SOIC and MSOP with PowerPAD, and in lead-free MSOP packages with PowerPAD™™ packages.

The THS4271 may have low oscillations when die temperature (also known asTemperature at the junctionAbove 60°C, not recommended in new designs.
