The THS4271's low noise, high slew rate, unity-gain regulated voltage feedback with the THS4275's low noise, high slew rate, unity gain is designed to provide the same performance from supply voltages as low as 5 V and the high amplifier THS4275 for ± 5 V with an additional shutdown function of the THS4271. The combination of low noise, high slew rate, high bandwidth, low distortion, and unity gain stability makes multiple THS4271 and THS4275 AC specifications a high-performance device.

The designers took advantage of the THS4271 in a wider dynamic range band with a higher return without decompensated amplifier stability issues. These devices are available in SOIC and MSOP with PowerPAD, and with a lead-free MSOP package in a PowerPAD™ package.
