Product introduction

The THS4304 is a wideband, voltage feedback op amp designed for operation in high-speed analog signal processing with a 5 V supply for use. Developed in the silicon-germanium process technology BiCom3, the THS4304 provides the best performance using a 5 V supply voltage relative to previous generations of op amps that required a ±5 V supply voltage.

The THS4304 is a traditional voltage feedback topology that provides the following benefits: balanced inputs, low offset voltage and bias current, low offset drift, high common-mode and power supply rejection ratio.

The THS4304 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package (DGK), an 8-pin SOIC package (D), and a space-saving 5-pin SOT-23 package (volt decibels).
