Product Introduction

The THS6012 contains two high-speed drivers providing 25 to 400 milliamps of output current (divisions). Load. These drivers can be configured differentially to drive the output signal through a low impedance line of 50-V polypropylene. The driver is a current feedback amplifier with a low total harmonic distortion (THD) design that supports high conversion rates necessary for xDSL applications. The THS6012 is ideal for asymmetric digital subscriber lines in central offices, and it supports applications for high peak voltage and current requirements for this application loop (ADSL).

Each individual power connection provides drive power to reduce crosstalk. The THS6012 is available in a small, surface-mount, thermally enhanced 20-pin PowerPAD™ package.
