Product Introduction

The THS6092/3 is a high-speed line that drives signals from remote terminals, ideal for central office drivers in asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) applications. It can operate from a single +12 V supply voltage while drawing a supply of only 7.3 channels. It provides a total harmonic distortion of low -72 dBc driving 25 – load (2 Vpp). The THS6092/3 provides a high 18.4 Vpp differential output swing at 50- The load is from a single +12 V power supply. The THS6093 has a low-power shutdown mode that consumes only 300 uA of quiescent current per channel. The THS6092/3 is in a standard SOIC package, with SOIC PowerPAD™ and TSSOP PowerPAD™ package.
