Product introduction

The THS6092/3 is a high-speed line driver who drives signals from remote terminals and is ideal for central office drivers in asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) applications. It can operate from a single +12 V supply voltage while plotting a supply of only 7.3 channels. It provides low -72 dBc total harmonic distortion driving 25 - Load (2 Vpp). The THS6092/3 provides a high differential output swing of 18.4 Vpp at 50- The load is from a single +12 V supply. The THS6093 features a low-power shutdown mode that consumes only 300 uA of quiescent current per channel. The THS6092/3 is available in a standard SOIC package, using SOIC PowerPAD, and TSSOP in PowerPAD™™ package.
