The TL2575 and TL2575HV greatly simplify the design of switching power supplies that facilitate the provision of all buck (buck) switching regulators required for active action in integrated circuits. Accepting a wide input voltage range of up to 60 volts (HV version) and in 3.3 volts, 5 volts, 12 volts, 15 volts, or adjustable output versions, the TL2575 and TL2575HV fixed output voltage are capable of boasting a complete switching delivery of 1 load current with excellent line and load regulation. The device also offers internal frequency compensation, a fixed frequency oscillator, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown. In addition, manual shutdown can also be done via an external ON/OFF terminal.
The TL2575 and TL2575HV represent a superior alternative to popular three-terminal linear regulators. Due to its high efficiency, the size of the device's fins is greatly reduced, and in many cases the absence of them is necessary. Optimized for supplying standard series inductors from several different manufacturers, the TL2575 and TL2575HV are greatly simplified to specify that only 4 to 6 operate with minimal external components In addition, the design of switch-mode power supplies is adopted.
