The TL2575HV-33 and TL2575HV-05 greatly simplify the design of switching power supplies required for the active role of buck (step-down) switching regulator integrated circuits. Accepting a wide input voltage range up to 60 V at 3.3 V or 5 V, with TL2575HV-33 and TL2575HV-05 fixed output voltages, it can have a complete switch with excellent line and load supply for one load current to a lean, regulated system. The device also offers internal frequency compensation, a fixed frequency oscillator, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown. In addition, manual shutdown can also be done via an external ON/OFF terminal.

The TL2575HV-33 and TL2575HV-05 represent the popular three-terminal linear regulator as superior alternatives.
