Product Introduction

TL2845 Description:

The TL284x and TL384x series control ICs provide the necessary features to enable off-line or DC-to-DC current-based control solutions with minimal external components.Some of the internal circuitry implemented is a branch low voltage lockout (UVLO) with a start-up current of less than 1 mA, and an input for a trimmed amplifier with precision reference error accuracy.Other internal circuitry includes logic operation to ensure a pulse-wide modulation (PWM) comparator (also with current-limit control), and a totem-pole output stage or pump design high-peak source current.The output stage is suitable for driving N-channel mosfets, and when it is low, it is in the off state.
