Product Introduction

The TL3116 is an ultra-fast and straightforward interface design with TTL logic, simultaneously operating from a single 5V supply or dual ± 5V supply. The input common-mode voltage extends to the negative voltage rail for ground-based remote sensing applications. It has extremely tight offset voltages and gain for high-precision devices. It can latch the complementary outputs using latch enable. Figure 1 shows a relatively positive supply current. The TL3116 requires only twelve and seven milliamps (typical) to achieve a propagation delay of 10 ns.

The TL3116 is an LT1116 comparator that is a pin-to-pin function alternative that provides high-speed operation while consuming less power.
