Product Introduction

The TL712 is made with high-speed comparison Schottky bipolar process technology. The circuit features complementary differential analog inputs and three-state TTL-compatible logic-switching symmetric outputs. When the output enable (OE) is low, both outputs are in a high impedance state. The device uses a single 5V supply and is useful as a disk memory for reading chain data.
