Product Introduction

The first member of the TLC07x family of new BiMOS general-purpose op amps from "Transparency International".BiMOS for the Home Concept is simple: providing an upgrade path for mobile users BiFET away from dual power to single power systems and demanding AC and DC performance.From 4.5 V with a performance rank of 16 V (0°C at commercial 70°C) and an extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), BiMOS is suitable for a wide range of audio, automotive, industrial, and instrumentation applications.Familiar features such as offset array antenna pins, new features like the MSOP™PowerPAD wrap and shutdown mode enable high levels of performance in a variety of applications.

In the process of developing Titanium's patented LBC3 BiCMOS, the new BiMOS amplifier combined with a very high input impedance low noise CMOS front end has a high-drive dual output stage, thus providing the best performance characteristics, both of which are available.
