Product Introduction

The TLC107x op-amp bias voltage provides ultra-low bandwidth, 110-kHz high gain, 47-V/ms kill, and only 150-uW rate per amp power consumption.

With a supply voltage of 1.4 V, the common mode input and output negative rail, unfolded negative rail, is an ideal solution for the TLC107xC low-voltage battery-powered system.The 20-mA output drive capability means that the TLC107x can easily drive small resistive and large capacitive loads while maintaining ultra-low standby power consumption.

Because the device is incompatible and pin-mated, the TLC107x TLC27L2/4 and TLC27L7/9 can easily upgrade existing designs and benefit from improved performance.
