Product Introduction

The TLC220x TLC220xB, TLC220xA, and TLC220xY are precise, low-noise amplifiers that use Texas Instruments' advanced LinCMOS™ process.The noise performance of these devices combined with lowest-noise JFET amplifiers with DC accuracy is previously only available in bipolar power amplifiers.The silicon-gate technology consumed in the advanced LinCMOS™ process to obtain input bias voltage stability over temperature and time can be used far more than metal-gate.In addition, the technology enables possible input impedances to meet or even exceed top-gate levels to provide dielectric-isolated JFETs and expensive devices.

The combination of DC and noise performance with excellent common-mode input voltages and ranges, including negative rails, makes these devices ideal for signal-conditioning devices to de-high impedance and low levels can be configured in single-supply or split-supply applications.
