These devices utilize Texas Instruments LinCMOSTM silicon gates, providing them with a stable input-offset process that can be obtained at a maximum of 2, 5, or 10 mV at selected voltage levels, with very high input impedance, very low input bias, and bias current.Because the common-mode input range extends to the negative rail and consumes very little power, this series is suitable for battery-powered or energy-efficient applications.This series provides operation reduction to a 1.4-V supply that is stable at a uniform with good noise characteristics.
