The TLC272 precision and the TLC277's binary op amp combine a wide range of input bias voltage levels, low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds close to those of general-purpose BiFET devices.

These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate™LinCMOS technology, which provides far greater offset voltage stability than the process available with conventional metal-gates.

Very high input impedance, low bias current, and cost-effective rates have left these device applications ideal for BiFET and NFET products.The fourth is the available offset voltage levels C-suffix and I-suffix (type), from low-cost TLC272 (mV) to 10 (500 TLC277 high accuracy uV).
