Product Introduction

The TLC272 precision and TLC277's binary op amps combine a wide range of input bias voltage levels, low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds close to those general-purpose BiFET devices.

These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate™LinCMOS technology, which provides much more stability than the processes available with conventional metal-gates.

The extremely high input impedance, low bias current, and cost-effective ratio make these device applications ideal for BiFET and NFET products.Fourth, the available offset voltage levels C-suffix and I-suffix (type) range from low-cost TLC272 (mV) to 10 (500 TLC277 high-precision uV).
