The TLV276x single-supply op amp provides a bandwidth of only 20 μA at 500 kHz and operates over an industrial temperature range of 1.8 V. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 3.6 volts, which allows the device to operate (± 1.8 V supply as low as ± 0.9 V) with two AA or AAA batteries. These devices are characterized at 1.8 V (author: 2 AA (a) cell end-of-life) and 2.4 V (rated voltage of 2NiC/NiMH batteries). The low supply current combined with very low input bias current allows them to be used with megohm-ohm-resistors. The low standby current of only 10 nA makes these devices ideal for low-frequency measurements and applications that desire long active battery life.
