The binary op amps of the TLC27L2 and TLC27L7 combine a wide range of input bias voltage levels, low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, very low power, and high yield.

These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate™LinCMOS technology, which provides far greater offset voltage stability than the process available with conventional metal-gates.

Very high input impedance, low bias current, and low-power devices make these cost-effective gain, low-power, low-frequency applications.The fourth is the available offset voltage levels C-suffix and I-suffix (type), from low-cost TLC27L2 (mV) to 10 (500μV high-precision TLC27L7).
