Product Introduction

TLC27L2 and TLC27L7 binary op amps combine a wide range of input bias voltage levels, low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, extremely low power, and high yield.

These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate™LinCMOS technology, which provides much more stability than the processes available with conventional metal-gates.

The extremely high input impedance, low bias current, and low power devices make these cost-effective high-gain, low-power, low-frequency applications possible.Fourth, the available offset voltage levels C-suffix and I-suffix (types) range from low-cost TLC27L2 (mV) to 10 (500μV high-precision TLC27L7).
