The TLC27M2 and TLC27M7 binary op amps combine a wide range of input bias voltage levels, low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and near-speed bipolar devices.These devices use Texas Instruments technology, which provides silicon-gate LinCMOS offset voltage stability far greater stability than conventional metal-gate available processes.

Extremely high input impedance, low bias current, and cost-effective killing rates make these devices ideal for applications that were previously reserved for generic bipolar disorder products, but consume only a fraction of the power.The fourth is the available offset voltage levels C-suffix and I-suffix (type), from low-cost TLC27M2 (mV) to 10 (500μV high-precision TLC27M7).
