The TLC139/TLC339 are designed with four independent differential voltages to operate in a single-supply comparator. It functions similarly to the LM139/LM339 family, but uses a similar reaction time 1/20th power. Various clues and supplies for the open-drain output stage MOS tube interface, as well as wired logic functions. For devices with similar push-pull output configurations, see the data sheet for the TLC3704.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS process provides superior analog performance on standard CMOS™ processes. With the low power consumption of standard CMOS without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS™ process provides a very stable input offset voltage, even with differential input pressures of a few volts.
