Product Introduction

The TLC139/TLC339 is designed with four independent differential voltages to operate on a single supply comparator. It functions similarly to the LM139/LM339 family, but uses a similar reaction time of 1/20th power. Various leads and supplies for the open-drain-output MOS tube interface, as well as wired logic functions. For devices with similar push-pull output configurations, see the TLC3704 data data.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS™ process provides superior analog performance standard CMOS process. With the standard CMOS low-power advantage without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS™ process provides a very stable input offset voltage, even with a differential input of a few volts.
